We are eager to provide you with the tools and strategies that have yielded great results for our clients. To ensure a smooth start, please review and accept the following terms and conditions with your purchase.
JobSpot clients have an excellent track record of securing jobs and advancing their careers. While our clients have achieved significant success in obtaining employment and career progression, it is important to note that JobSpot does not guarantee job placement or promotion as an outcome of using our services. The job market dynamics are beyond the control of any career services.
You, the individual whose name is printed below and is referred to herein as (“Client,” “you,” or “your”), in exchange for services to be provided by JobSpot Inc. (“JobSpot” or “we,” “our,” or “us”) agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”):
These Terms create a binding agreement between you and JobSpot and govern any and all services provided to you by or through JobSpot, whether through an electronic platform, by phone, or in person (“Services”), subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or receiving any “Service,” “Product,” or “Program.” These Terms will govern all Services you receive from us. By electronically signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand your duties and responsibilities as outlined in these Terms and you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations, so if you do not agree to these Terms, do not sign below and do not receive any Services from JobSpot.
JobSpot is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, profit loss, or any other losses from advice, information, or recommendations provided through our services.
You acknowledge and accept that any decisions made based on our advice or recommendations are at your own risk. We highly recommend seeking additional professional advice before making significant career-related decisions.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information you provide to us, including, but not limited to, your resume, cover letter, and personal background. We do not verify the accuracy of information provided by clients.
Any reliance on the information, advice, or recommendations provided by JobSpot is at your own discretion and risk.
JobSpot is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and any materials you provide. However, we cannot guarantee the security of electronic transmissions and cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access to or disclosure of your information.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold JobSpot and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
JobSpot reserves the right to modify or terminate its services, website, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
In respect to all services acquired, it is essential to recognize that these engagements entail a collaborative effort between us. By the same token, you commit to actively participating in the recommended activities to yield optimal job search outcomes. It is important to note that without your active involvement, the outcomes may not align with your expectations, and the assured quality of services cannot be ensured. In such instances, JobSpot holds no responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your limited engagement.
Should you choose to acquire our service via a one-time payment, it is imperative to acknowledge that the entire fee is collected in full prior to the commencement of any service provision.

If you opt to procure our service through a payment plan, it is important to recognize that the recurring payments associated with this arrangement do not constitute a subscription fee. Instead, they represent scheduled installment payments that collectively cover the total cost of the services you have selected. Please note that once you commit to a payment plan, you are unable to terminate or cancel the plan prematurely.
You understand and consent that your service consultations will be recorded for internal purposes such as quality monitoring, service provider training, and proof of service completion. The recordings of the sessions will be sent to you upon request after your consultations.
JobSpot retains the authority to keep your service documents for up to 6 months following the delivery of your services. It is your responsibility to download any essential materials for future reference. Please acknowledge that JobSpot cannot be held responsible for any loss of documents occurring after the completion of the services.
CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY ON SERVICES RENDERED

As a client, you acknowledge and agree that while JobSpot provides the best available tools, ideas, advice, and commercially available data, we cannot be responsible for changing market conditions, job posting changes, or a client’s persistence, attitude, and willingness to implement their action plan. NO VERBAL OR WRITTEN PROMISE OR GUARANTEE OF ANY JOB OR EMPLOYMENT IS MADE OR IMPLIED UNDER THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT. Ultimately, your success in the job market is solely your responsibility.
Your service includes professionally written documents, also known as marketing and branding documents, and/or career development sessions. As the client, you are responsible for reviewing your completed documents from our service providers for completeness and accuracy. JobSpot is not liable for any damage caused by omissions, false statements, or inaccuracies. We work with you through the document editing phase. As the client, it is your responsibility to review and finalize your documents before using them. If you find it necessary to make modifications to your personalized written document prepared by JobSpot, please submit a written request before the conclusion of your service. Requests made after this point will not be accommodated.
GENERAL REVISION POLICY

NOTE: Resume Template, LinkedIn Evaluation, and Cover Letter Template services include one round of complimentary edits, which must be completed before services are considered final. A revision is deemed minor when changes to the text or content are slight and still aligned with the same job roles, industry, etc. Substantial changes, such as altering job focus, strategy, target audience, or requiring a complete rethinking or re-strategizing, are considered a rewrite and will incur additional charges and a revised project due date.

Rough drafts of the documents will be based on the information you provide, including supporting documents, discovery calls, and/or the initial consultation. All revisions must be submitted in writing within 3 calendar days of receiving your draft(s). If no contact is made within 3 calendar days, the order will automatically be finalized on the 3rd calendar day. Edits requested on or after the delivery of the final version will incur a revision fee. It is crucial to provide feedback before this point. The fee will be determined based on the specifics of the request. Please note that your service is considered concluded 3 calendar days after you receive your finalized professionally written document and/or participate in your final career development session.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY
​
At JobSpot, we are dedicated to delivering personalized services to each client, focusing on providing top-quality assistance, consultations, information gathering, and the creation of career-related documents. Please note that refunds for JobSpot services are not available, as all transactions are final.
Although purchased services are non-refundable, you have the option to give any unused services to someone of your choice. To initiate this process, please email hello@jobspot.pro within 3 months from the date of purchase, indicating your intention to give the service, provided no progress has been made on the service(s) in question.

Alternatively, you have the option to temporarily pause services that have not yet been initiated, with a grace period of up to 3 months from the date of purchase. For services that have been initiated, you may pause the remaining services for up to 1 month from the date of purchase. Once these periods expire, the service(s) will be deemed completed and no longer available for use.
​
Please note that our fees cover the development of personalized questionnaires, interview inquiries, client consultations or coaching, writing, editorial work, design, layout, editing, proofreading, and finalization of documents. These elements involve significant time and intellectual property investment, which cannot be recovered. Requests for refunds related to services will not be accommodated. However, if you need assistance before the completion of your services, you may request a revision according to the guidelines outlined in our general revision policy.
The initiation of JobSpot services may require up to 10 business days, and it's important to note that we do not currently offer expedited service options. This decision is based on our commitment to maintaining the high quality of our services. Delays caused by circumstances on your part, such as providing an incorrect email address on the form, scheduling appointments for later dates, failing to attend consultations, or responding to your career consultant belatedly, will not qualify for refunds.

Additionally, please be respectful to our representatives. Any form of abusive behavior or misconduct towards our staff will not be tolerated, and you will not be entitled to any compliance or resolution related to such incidents.

AUTO APPLY SERVICE REFUND POLICY
​
Our primary aim is to remain adaptable in guiding you toward achieving your career objectives. If we are unable to fulfill the designated count of job applications (as specified in the service form you complete) during the initial job search phase:
We will request supplemental information, including 5 alternative job titles and 5 alternative locations, to better align our efforts with the intended volume of job applications.

If our additional job searches do not yield a satisfactory number of suitable positions, you may request a refund of up to 5% exclusively for the AutoApply service (excluding the Bundle Price). By agreeing to this policy, you also acknowledge that if there is a scarcity of opportunities within your preferred roles, the refund will be limited to a maximum of 5%. These fees account for the time invested in finding job opportunities that match your experience, preferred job titles, and chosen locations.
You are welcome to communicate your desired salary and visa status, but JobSpot does not guarantee that the jobs we apply for on your behalf will meet these additional requirements. Various factors, including economic conditions, your professional background, the role, industry, and geographical considerations, may affect job alignment. JobSpot cannot guarantee obtaining a work visa and will only search for jobs in locations where you have legal authorization to work without requiring a work permit.

Currently, JobSpot offers job searches with an H1B visa filter, which identifies job opportunities at companies that have historically sponsored H1B visas (for the USA) based on data from the H1B database. However, this does not guarantee that these companies are currently offering H1B visas. If you select the H1B visa option, the job listings will include roles from companies that have previously sponsored H1B visas.
By enrolling in the AutoApply service, you acknowledge that JobSpot does not control the H1B application process and cannot be held responsible if a company no longer offers H1B visas for a specific job listing. For work visas in other countries, JobSpot does not provide job listing searches or filtering options. We will only search for jobs in locations where you have legal authorization to work.

JobSpot also offers job searches with an industry filter, identifying job opportunities within your chosen industry. If you opt for searches with the H1B filter and/or industry filter, you will receive a list of 25 jobs. Clients who choose searches without these filters will receive a list of 50 jobs.
Before starting your AutoApply service, you must disclose any job applications you have already made to avoid duplicate applications on your behalf. Additionally, you need to specify any skills you do not possess, as our team will use this information to complete your job list. Notify your service provider of any missing skills before initiating the AutoApply service, as no changes will be made after the job list is compiled if job postings require skills you did not previously disclose.

To reiterate, the filter criteria for our AutoApply service are limited to job title, years of experience, location, H1B visa requirements, and industry. Please note that no refunds will be issued if securing an interview through our AutoApply service does not occur or if the job applications made on your behalf do not meet your salary expectations.

PAUSING OF SERVICES OR CLIENT UNRESPONSIVENESS
​
JobSpot has established protocols to address scenarios where clients are unresponsive to email communications or miss scheduled appointments with their service providers. Please be aware that JobSpot is not responsible for any delays caused if your services are paused.
For individual services:
If you do not complete your services form within 2 weeks from the date of purchase, your services will be temporarily paused as we need your information to initiate the services. To reactivate your services and prevent them from expiring, please contact hello@jobspot.pro within 3 months.

Please note that once you unpause your services, you must schedule your remaining consultations with your service provider within 3 business days. Failure to do so will result in a recorded session being sent to you, and your service will be considered complete.
​
If you have attended an onboarding call but are unresponsive to emails or miss/reschedule up to 2 scheduled consultations, our service providers will use the information available to complete your services. Since some services in a bundle may depend on prior sessions (e.g., Interview Prep), our providers may be unable to proceed with consulting if clients remain unresponsive. In such cases, you will receive recorded videos and deliverables based on the information you provided, and your services will be marked as complete.

If you have completed your onboarding call but wish to pause any remaining services, you have 1 month to reactivate your services. However, if you are in the middle of a service (e.g., having received your initial resume draft), you cannot pause that service until it is fully completed (e.g., finalizing your resume). If you have completed your most recent service (e.g., resume service), you may pause the remaining services in your package for up to 1 month if needed.
Kindly take note: Upon unpausing your services, it is essential to schedule your remaining consultations with your service provider within 3 business days. Failure to do so will result in receiving a recording, and your service will be considered complete.

NO-SHOW AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
At JobSpot, we value punctuality and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. To ensure that all appointments proceed smoothly and efficiently, we have established the following policy regarding no-shows and rescheduling.

REACTIVATING PAUSED SERVICES
To reactivate any paused service, please contact us at hello@jobspot.pro. If your service has lapsed (meaning you contact JobSpot three months after the initial purchase to reinstate the service), a reactivation fee of 20% will apply.
​
Kindly take note: Upon unpausing your services, it is essential to schedule your remaining consultations with your service provider within 3 business days. Failure to do so will result in receiving a recording, and your service will be considered complete.
​
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
​
Survival of Provisions: The provisions of the Sections on Terms and Fees shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason, including, but not limited to, mutual agreement to terminate this Agreement by both parties.
​
Passwords: All access codes and passwords provided to JobSpot are for individual use. It is the responsibility of the individual to maintain the confidentiality and security of these codes and passwords and to ensure that they are only used by the authorized person.
​
JobSpot reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a client relationship, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. JobSpot is not legally obligated to refund the purchase price of any service under any circumstance. However, we strive to accommodate every client within reasonable limits.

CONCLUSION
